| Food Control Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of industrial automation solutions and services for the food industry announced that they have signed a letter of intent to team up with Junot Systems, Inc., a leading provider of embedded SAP integration solutions for the manufacturing and process industries. | Amit Mehta has been promoted to Engineering Manager-Southern Region and will be responsible for design and technical activities in the region. Amit has been an integral part of our success for over five years, and should continue to do so in this new region. Amit and his family have relocated to the Charlotte area recently. | Joe Sand has joined our company as a Systems Engineer in the Cleveland office. Joe is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Masters in Control Systems. Joe has experience with graphics design, PLC and database applications. Joe will enhance our ability to offer supervisory systems using the latest software. |

| Pratik Desai joins staff |
| Pratik Desai has joined our company as a Systems Engineer in the Cleveland office. Pratik has extensive experience in the application of Siemens S7 PLC's, Protool and WinCC in various industries. Applications have used 300's, 400's, distributed I/O on Profibus DP and redundant systems. His addition to the engineering staff will enhance our ability to support our increasing client base using Siemens Systems. |

| Company opens new southern office |
| Our Company has expanded to North Carolina to better serve existing accounts and establish new accounts in the region. The office is staffed with both Sales and Engineering personnel. Our existing customers will benefit because we will be able to provide responsive local service. Allen Filipic has relocated to Charlotte to act as General Manager of this office.
